knot - sphere

This morph sequence between a knot (genus 1) and a sphere (genus 0) illustrates that our algorithm successfully computes a map in spite of convoluted geometry (previous algorithms would have failed on this example). The morph sequence is computed using linear interpolation and thus self intersections are unavoidable.
